Agent checkout on commercetools: the merchant guide
commercetools was an ACP launch partner with Stripe and OpenAI and made its AI Hub add-on generally available in July 2026. Its stated cells: ACP (announced), UCP (live). First open risk: ChatGPT no longer runs in-chat checkout (24 Mar 2026); ChatGPT is a discovery and referral channel, so do not plan ACP checkout revenue from it.
